Owning multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being terminated and all balances including winnings may be forfeited.
You are fully responsible for keeping your account username and password secure. maxwin88 recommends using a strong password (at least 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols). If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact maxwin88 support immediately.
Maxwin88 conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process before processing a first withdrawal. Accepted documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence. Verification is typically completed within 24 business hours.
Maxwin88 accepts deposits via DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, local bank transfers, and other payment methods displayed on the platform. All payment methods must be registered under the verified member's name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by chosen payment method and member VIP tier. Current limit information can be viewed in the Deposit section of your account. maxwin88 reserves the right to change deposit limits without prior notice.
Approved withdrawal requests are processed according to the following schedule: VIP Gold members and above — within 15 minutes; all other members — within 24 business hours. Withdrawals require a completed KYC and no active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement.
Members may cancel a withdrawal request that is still in "Processing" status via the transaction history section in their account. Cancellation is not possible once the withdrawal has been approved and processed by the maxwin88 finance team.
